This project demonstrates a comprehensive Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) analytics solution developed in Power BI to track claim movement, financial outcomes, and denial trends within the US healthcare billing ecosystem.

The dashboard is designed for executive and operational stakeholders, providing insights into:

Revenue performance and collection efficiency

Claim lifecycle conversion rates

Denial root causes and financial impact

Accounts receivable (AR) aging and cash flow risks

This project uses a synthetic but industry-aligned healthcare claims dataset, modeled on real US RCM workflows and payer reimbursement logic.
